- Incident & Accident Tracking — Log injuries, illnesses, property damage, and environmental events with severity and OSHA-recordable flagging, root-cause and corrective actions, and monthly trend charts.
- SDS Library — A searchable Safety Data Sheet library with a public, QR-scannable floor lookup (OSHA right-to-access), review-date tracking, and an archive for retention.
- Permit to Work — Hot work, confined space, electrical isolation, work at height, excavation, line break. OSHA-based precautions auto-populate per permit type.
- Document Lifecycle Queue — Every policy, procedure, form, and SOP tracked by owner, revision, review date, and required action.
