The HSE Platform is priced per site. The Training Library is priced per user. Add-on modules are optional. There is no free trial. You can sign up yourself at /signup or book a demo first.
HSE Platform — Base
$299 per site per month billed annually, or $375 month to month. Up to 10 admin/manager users.

Training Library
Priced per user per month.
- Core — $12 per user per month, or $9.60 on annual billing
- Growth — $16 per user per month, or $12.80 on annual billing. Adds badges, leaderboards and email notifications.
- Enterprise — custom pricing for larger and multi-site operations
When seats are bought together with the HSE Platform they are $9.60 (Core) and $12.80 (Growth) per user per month on either billing cycle.

- What's included in the base HSE Platform?
- The base HSE Platform is $299 per site per month billed annually, or $375 month to month. It includes four modules: Good Catch & Near-Miss reporting, Incident & Accident Reporting, the SDS Library with public QR floor lookup, and the Document Queue. It also includes the one-click monthly HSE report PDF, per-module user permissions, and up to 10 admin/manager users.
- Are add-ons required?
- No. The base platform works on its own. Add-ons are optional: Permit to Work is $99 per site per month, Contractor Management is $99 per site per month, and Safety Inventory is $49 per site per month. Each is 20% less on annual billing.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. There is no free trial. You can sign up yourself at vettedsafe.com/signup, or book a demo first if you want to see the platform before you buy.
- What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
- Month to month, the base platform is $375 per site per month. On annual billing it is $299 per site per month, paid once a year. Add-ons are 20% less on annual billing.
- What is White-Glove Setup?
- White-Glove Setup is an optional one-time $500 service. We build your workspace, import your employees and configure your modules for you. It is added once to your first invoice.
- How are training seats priced?
- The Training Library is priced per user. Core is $12 per user per month, or $9.60 on annual billing. Growth is $16 per user per month, or $12.80 on annual billing. When seats are bought together with the HSE Platform they are $9.60 (Core) and $12.80 (Growth) per user per month on either billing cycle. Enterprise pricing is custom.
